Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ran out of blue ink, bought a brand new 920XL cartridge and installed, printer shows "Cartridge problem" and will not print.  Will print with old cartridge installed.  Do not have instant ink account.  Have tried cleaning cartridge and heads per the instructions I found on this forum.  Have purchased another new blue HP cartridge and same thing.  Print doctor software can't seem to connect to printer, though I can see it on HP Printer Assistant.  Yes, the cartridge is installed in the correct slot.

Your printer use HP 902 and 902XL ink cartridges why you bought 920 ? They look the same, perfectly fit but they are not the same.
