Hello, I running MAC OS Sequoia 15.3.2 on a MAC Mini M2. The problem when I print from the MAC, emails, Notes etc. the font size is very small, for example if I set the font in email or notes to 20 the printed font is very small could be a font 6 or 5...it never changes in size not matter how big I make in on the MAC. Printing a web page (I presume HTML format/font) seems to be fine.
I connected with Apple support on the line to find out if there's something in the MAC OS or setup that would correct the problem but there is not, and after some time they directed me to the printer manufacturer.
So, is there a set up that needs to be done to print the correct font size?

@RocketIII, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Install the HP Driver (Not AirPrint)
Go to HP OfficeJet Pro 8034e
Download and install HP Easy Start or HP Smart
Delete your current printer in System Settings > Printers & Scanners
Re-add it using the HP driver, not "AirPrint"
Print as PDF First
In Mail or Notes, choose:
File > Export as PDF
Open the PDF in Preview
Then go to File > Print
Check Print Settings
In the print window, look for:
Scale: Set to 100%
Or check “Scale to Fit” options
Try a Different App
Paste your text into Pages, TextEdit, or Word
These apps print more reliably.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows only):
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. Follow the prompts to diagnose and fix common printing issues.
Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)
- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
