Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I send a print to my Officejet Pro 8600 printer it says “Now Printing” but is frozen and will not print. Clicking on the red X to cancel the print has no effect. The printer is locked up.  I have disconnected the power and turned it back on. It will print one or two times and the the error comes back saying “Now Printing” but the printer if frozen.  I likewise cannot cancel the print from my Windows 10 machine. How do I permanently resolve this issue.
