Officejet Pro 8615 not printing correct colour

My Officejet Pro 8615 prints out Green instead of Yellow and Brown Instead of Red. I use HP original ink cartridges and have done all print head cleans, alignments, etc. But nothing has worked. What may my problem be?

I followed that apart from 8 (replace the print head) and 9 (service the printer). It happened all of a sudden and I would imagine carrying out solutions 8 and/or 9 would cost more than the printer is worth.

I recommend you contact support as it looks like a hardware issue and they will assist you in this regard.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
