Hi @BigDinPhilly72,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the error code Oxc19a0003 on an HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer generally indicates a problem with the ink system. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Turn Off and Restart:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Check Ink Cartridges:
- Open the printer’s ink cartridge access door.
- Remove and then reseat the ink cartridges to ensure they are properly installed.
- Check for any protective tape or packaging that might still be on the cartridges.
Clean Ink Cartridges and Printhead:
- Use a lint-free cloth or paper towel to gently clean the ink cartridge contacts and the printhead contacts inside the printer.
- Make sure no ink or debris is obstructing the contacts.
Perform a Printer Reset:
- Turn off the printer.
- Press and hold the Power button while plugging the printer back in.
- Continue holding the Power button until the printer turns on and the error clears.
Check for Firmware Updates: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Make sure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or HP's website.
Replace Ink Cartridges:
- If the error persists, try replacing the ink cartridges with new ones. Sometimes faulty cartridges can cause this error.
Perform a Printer Diagnostic:
- Some HP printers have built-in diagnostic tools accessible via the control panel or HP Smart app. Running these diagnostics might help identify specific issues.
