The printer is working just fine with all tasks but printing on A4 Photopaper. The paper always get stuck and error message appears. If I try to print the exact same picture on ordinary paper - it works fine. The printer is 3 years old, so warrenty is no longer valid, but would really like to have this problem fixed.

Hi,
What photo paper do you use?
What is its finishing and paper weight? (e.g. Matte, Glossy finishing, 280 GSM as an example), you should see the information listed on its packaging.
Also, when you load the paper and close the tray, please make sure you select the expected Paper Size and Type for the printer, click No or Modify following the prompt to change the current settings.
Selecting the correct paper settings is crucial for both the printer and its driver as well (within the Print dialog), as well please clarify the used media information to ensure it is compatible with the printer indeed.

Thanks for Your answer!
I have tried several different paper types and manufacturer, and this last time I bought "HP Premium Plus Photo Paper A4 sheets" and recon that it would work well with the printer, but same problem.
I have also used the correct paper type in print dialogue, and are sure that the paper is correctly installed. As I mentioned in first post, normal paper im the same size A4 works fine

Thanks for clarifying @DrJones77
Could you please clarify the exact paper or add a picture of its packaging? there are different finishes as High Gloss, Soft Gloss, Satin Matte, etc.
Also, please open and close the paper tray and take a picture of the printer screen to ensure its settings are correct indeed.
The paper settings would be the first steps to ensure to better understand the problem and isolate the cause, any such may be related to settings or to any other failure of the printer, this will help much to better understand what is going on.
