When I print a document, table, or graph that has a green bar, line, or highlight, it prints out as brown. The diagnostic utilities all say that my print heads and printer is OK. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this? I have checked all the obvious potential causes - clogged printer cartridge, the ink cartridges themselves etc. Any suggestions to address this extremely frustrating problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Praven,
The firmware was up to date. But to exclude all possible causes of the color printing issues, I am reinstalling the complete set of drivers - "HP Easy Start." I will report on the outcome of this issue once the update is complete. In the interim, please confirm your statement (perhaps instructions) that seem like a non-sequitur: "Please make the photocopy and check for the issue."
If you meant to write this in your message to me, please complete the thought as I am anxious to repair my printer. On the other hand, if you suffered a cerebral vascular accident or perhaps some other neurological event or difficulty while responding to my query, you have my deepest sympathies and hopes for a speedy recovery.
Sincerely,
Umrk
