HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer

Officejet Pro 8720 displayed message indicating “printer problem - shut off printer “. After powering down, the printer never came back on.  Any ideas?    I have viewed the HP help videos and tried the suggestions. I have already tried a different outlet and a different power cord. Also have check access doors to see that they are completely closed.  Printer still will not power up.  Without it powering on there is no way to test the other suggestions HP gives. How to resolve?  I really don't want to buy a new printer.

I see that, you have tried all the possible steps but still no go. This looks like potential hardware.
