I got the officejet pro 9025 about 6 months ago. It works great and its fast until I start trying to print off of cardstock. It started off with an error message saying there was a paper jam. When I would open up the printer the cardstock wasn't "stuck" , I could pull it out easily, there was no resistance nor a feeling of anything preventing it from being moved. I played with the settings a bit, tried it on heavy weight and speciality paper and it would finally print through but the picture was always off centre. It almost looked like the printer was having a hard time picking up the paper and would start printing before the paper was even there.
The printer alternates between a "paper jam" and printing it out incorrectly.
It looks like the picture starts printing before it even gets to the paper.
Ive attached a picture to show what Im talking about when I say the picture is not aligned.
The cardstock Im using is a 8 1/2 x 11 and its 65lb/176 gsm
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Welcome to HP Support Community
I would like to help
As per the Printer Spec: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06237775#AbT9, the card weight should be 163 to 200 g/m² (card) or 90 to 110 lb(U.S. standard)
Also under 'Media sizes supported (U.S. standard)', 8.5/11 card is not mentioned.
I suggest you update your MAC and also ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
Also check the print settings in MAC https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/ish_2281139-2041471-16
Thank you
