HP has not published Printer Service Manuals in years,

All the support for your printer can be found here.

Hello REO,

Thank you for letting me know.

I had been led to believe that a service manual existed as I had seen adverts for it on Google. On examination, it seems clear that these adverts are just phishing scams.

Still, it is a bit of a disappointment that HP don't publish printer service manuals. I wonder how service engineers can work on faulty equipment.

Kind regards,

Ray

@Rayc24

Back in the 1990’s I worked for a company that maintained around 12-15 thousand HP printers and we had manuals.

The manuals had complete blowups of everything and a part number list for every part.

Like I said I have not seen any manuals for printers in years.
