I have been using my printer for over a year very happily. Recently it has stopped printing blue! I've changed the cartridge even though the previous one was only half empty. I've run clean print head about 12 times and it still prints pink/orange instead of blue.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
