We have an OfficeJet Pro 6975. It doesn't get used often but always worked fine when called upon. When prompted to print, the machine feeds the paper, print head goes thru the motions, makes all the noises, but noting is printed on the page. It's not light, or faded, or splotchy issue. Nothing is printed. I've gone through everything the virtual assistant suggested; clean print head, align print head, clean smear. The black cartridge is new, the menu says it's full, the vent hole in clear. I've tried different paper as suggested. I've tried printing colored documents, still nothing on the page. We get the same results printing from the tower or laptop.
Any suggestions?
