Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a
HP Officejet Pro 8600. Error message is "Ink System Failure". Followed all suggestions - unplugged device, rebooted the printer, reset the cartridges, Printer had same error message. Just purchased a new print head component. Installed that with new, full HP cartridges. Now I can get to the main menu but when I go to print or copy, I get the same Ink System Failure message.
I am using Windows 11. I have printed from that OS on my new laptop many times. The printer just stopped working with the ink system error.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
