Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

On my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e, many of my user settings are locked, and the message I receive says "The feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer." I simply need to change the paper size on my printer. I have no clue what my printer  username and password are.  I have tried admin/Admin, etc.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
