HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer

Good Morning,

when inserting new cartdriges inside my Hp photosmart 7520 printer i’m displayed an error message saying that One or more cartdriges are missing or damaged, obviously all my cartdriges are brand new and not damaged, this error is shown only for the normal black cartdrige, all the other cartdriges are good.

I tries to clean the electric contacts but still nothing, i was thinking about resetting the printer to erase the error but i’ve no idea how to do that.
Please help me!

Good evening, i solved the problem by pulling out and inserting each cartdrige one by one. Thank you so much.

Mine is a Hp photosmart 7520 which uses 364 series cartdriges.
