Hi getting the above error following a firmware update. Tried resetting the printer. Tried reseating the cartridges. Unable to reverse firmware.
Went through agent wizard and it really wasn't much help as went around in a loop as soon as I mentioned I using instant ink.

Hi, the issue does persist and I have done every step of the troubleshooting,
To be clear this only happened after the firmware update and it was working fine before it.
Also your troubleshooter tells me I am out of warranty, but this is an ink cartridge problem?
