However, printer passes tests for wireless connection --> PASS, signal is very good

Settings: PASS
Current Config: all data filled in for EERO (wifi network) EXCEPT Internet = Not Connected
Printer has been turned Off/On, EERO has been turned Off/On.
Printer has been removed, and added again.

Hi @PFK329,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Assign Manual DNS on Printer
Sometimes HP printers struggle with automatic DNS from mesh networks like Eero. Let’s set a manual one:
On the printer, go to: Settings > Wireless Settings > Advanced Settings > IP Settings > Manual
Set:
IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway — use what’s already listed on your Network Configuration Page (don’t change these).
DNS Server:
Primary: 8.8.8.8
Secondary: 8.8.4.4 (Google DNS)
Save and back out. Reboot the printer.
Update the Printer Firmware
If the printer isn’t on the internet, you can update manually:
Go to HP Support – Drivers & Software.
Search for ENVY 4520, select your macOS or Windows version.
Download the Firmware Update Utility.
Connect the printer via USB to a laptop and run the updater.
Use HP Smart App to Connect
Sometimes setting it up via HP Smart App resolves internet errors:
Install HP Smart on your phone/laptop.
Open the app > Add Printer > Select your ENVY 4520.
Let the app configure internet access automatically.
I hope this helps.
