I'm trying to print a jpg of a chart, see below. The chart has areas that are filled in with black (either letters or just black blocks). But it only shows the outline of the black sections and letters, which is more grey than black even. The print quality report is shown at the bottom, which has the same problems. I am using HP cartridges, and have done the clean printhead utility multiple times, both level 1 and 2. Same with clean smear a few times, despite not having any smearing affects. I have cleaned off the cartridges as well. Colours work fine. Printer reports both cartridges have the same amount of ink. My first print attempt at the chart worked fine, I just forgot to fit to paper. It was the next print that had this problem. I've attached both attempts for comparison. I am using HP Smart app HP Print Service Plugin installed on my phone with  a Android 13 operating system, so newer than the latest version this forum allows me to select, which is Android 9.
