Product: HP Officejet Pro 8500A

Recently (and gradually) my printer has started ignoring the Cyan and Yellow cartridges - everything is Magenta (and Black) when I print in color.  Have gone through all diagnostics I can find on the printer itself - have cleaned printheads - installed new ink cartridges.  Have had this printer for a while, but really don't want to invest in a new one just yet.

Thanks for your help. It looks like I will need to replace both printheads. Due to the price of the printheads, I will be purchasing a new printer. I truly appreciate the help.
