OfficeJet 5255
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My officejet 5255 acts like it is printing but only produces blank pages. It also only produces blank pages when I try to run print quality diagnostics or when I try to make copies. It says the ink levels are fine. I ran the cartridge and printhead cleaning options which did not help. I checked the firmware on the printer itself using the touchscreen and it said it is up to date and there are no available updates at this time.

I am hesitant to spend money new cartridges when it says the levels are fine - I dont want to spend money on ink just to find out I have to purchase a whole new printer. Any other suggestions? Or is that my next option?

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding a set of ink as this could either be a cartridge or a printer issue.
