Product: HP Deskjet 3070 B611 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep on getting really streaky magenta. Or rather, there are whole horizontal color blocks missing when I print. I have done the 'clean printhead' routine several times already, I have changed the cartridge, I have physically cleaned the copper contacts, deconnected the printer...you name it. The problem persists. Does anyone have any advice what the problem could be?

You have a bad printhead, there is no user fix for this problem.
