Product: HP Deskjet 2549
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just installed new ink (both) and have been trying to print. But, an orange light keeps blinking. I have tried everything. 

On the control panel it is the orange light on the bottom on the farthest right side.

What does this orange light indicate?
