Orange light flashing

I am using a HP print along with my laptop and I am trying to print out something. But orange lights keep flashing. I plugged directly to an outlet waited 1 minute after remove the power cord from the back. It just seems to not work. I've also replaced the ink cartridge with new ones and shooken it. I had also checked the papers, everythings fine? Please help me.

A blinking orange light can mean the printer is trying to print something, but is low on ink, out of paper, or there's a paper jam.
