Hello , I am having a problem with my Desk.Jet 3630 printer in as much as I have to press the Resume button often several times before I can get the printer to do its job . Sometimes it will print one page then stop, so I press again and again until it does what I require each time I use it . The orange light flashes and an exclamation mark flashes in the window above .Can someone advise me please?

This could be because one of the cartridges is faulty. 

 

Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?

 

Try updating Firmware and see how it goes.

Apologies for not replying sooner but I have been away . Anyway I tried your suggestions but to no avail, however i joined instant ink so hopefully when the cartridges arrive they might solve the problem

so far so good i installed the new cartridges and the printer seems to be working as it should. Many thanks for your help
