HP Latex 570 Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello Community, support didn't have an explanation for this so here I am trying to get some answers... Our HP Latex 570 seems to have an issue with the TUR (Take Up Reel). When looking at the ends of the substrate that is rolling up on the TUR, there is a wavelike pattern on every roll, no matter the size. We have tightened the TUR hardware, checked all visible funtionality of the TUR as well as the Rewinder, we have ran the necessary calibrations and still no solution. We are worried that this back and forth (left right left right) alignment on the TUR could be affecting our print precision slightly and are concerned that it will progress into a larger problem. We run our printer all day every day and can't afford for it to malfunction. Please see attached images and let me know what you think or what the solution may be. Thank you!IMG_0698 3.jpegIMG_0699 3.jpegIMG_0696 3.jpegIMG_0696 2.jpeg

The pool of users I have seen on here with this product line is small so getting an answer on an advance product line like this is slim. You may be better served to engage directly with HP technical support for this product line.
