Hi
I have been having a problem with my printer over the last few weeks, and have been liaising with "Betty0610" (who is an HP employee) to try and resolve the problem. My "HP Photosmart 6520-e-ALL-IN-ONE" printer constantly says "The printer is out of paper" when it isn't.
Liaising with "Betty0610" I have been through all the following actions all to no avail.
1. Re-started the printer.
2. Checked the paper/paper tray.
3. Re-loaded the paper.
4. Cleaned the rollers.
5. Checked the paper settings.
6. Updated the Firmware.
7. Performed a semi-full reset on the printer.
As the printer is out of warranty, I guess the time has come for me to upgrade to a new printer.
Do you still offer your "Out of warranty discount voucher program" for problems such as this? If so, could you please let me have details.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Hi Praveen196. I have tried going through the links that you suggested and all I get the option of is “HP Phone Support (Fee Based)”, which is not what I want. How do I get hold of a telephone number to ring or a “Human” online agent to talk to?
