I got an used printer and cant used it, in my HP account said that is out of warranty, and my question is, I can not use it, just because the warranty expired?

Only problem I can think of is that the previous owner signed up for an ink contract, canceled it prematurely, and owes money.

 

You might call and ask if it will work if you buy a genuine HP ink cartridge but  that is a guess.

The following is all I can find out about instant ink.  Probably more than you or anyone including myself want to know about "instant ink".  From reading about problems the "instant ink" cartridges do not work if the contract stops and one must then buy "regular ink", whatever that is.
