Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer (HP office Jet 9025) error message says:  The output Bin Is Full   (The output bin is actually empty).  Looking

for info on how to fix (if possible).  The printer display also shows that the output bin-full sensor can be disabled. However,

don't see a way to disable the sensor (the menu bar on the printer Does Not  show the settings menu item).  Computer OS is Win 10.

Any info is greatly appreciated.

These steps worked for me(turned off output-bin sensor in Preferences):

1. On printer menu clicked:  settings icon (top left icon- a circle with corrugated circumference)

1.1 hp printer shows; Jobs and Info page

2. click the settings menu again:

2.1 hp printer shows: setup page

3. Click Preference on the page

3.1 hp printer shows Preferences page

4.scroll down to find : Output Tray Sensor

4.1 Turn off the Output Tray Sensor

5. click the home page

5. 1. hp printer return to home page

6. Try the correction (print something).
