Hello community..
I encountered this problem in the company I work for, technical support, and the error was repeated in more than one device, so that the printer works with a direct USB connection. I have made all software updates and reviewed everything that can be reviewed. Please help, many thanks.

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.
