Thanks for the help! (I haven't found the HP suggestions helpful either when document images are printing with a black background). I have been sitting at my computer for far too long trying to figure this out. Document printed properly when I changed it to a jpeg. Still haven't figured out how to get PDFs to print properly but at least I have a good copy for now... So thanks again!

 The problem seems to be between MacOS and HP. When I try to print directly from a PDF or a Google doc or slides, this happens to my images as well.

 

The only work around I have found that works is exporting the file as .JPEG images and then copy-pasting into a Word or other word processor. 

 

This is especially annoying when I am trying to print from slides, as the user has to download each individual slide as a .JPEG.
