Product: OFFICEJET 7720

I have a officejet 7720 and it will not print on any photo paper at all i have tried loads of things like taking paper out of tray and only putting photo paper in trying different brands of photo paper still doesn't work. i click print and you hear the wheels trying to grab the photo paper but it won't pick it up ive even cleaned the wheels still nothing very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

@JOROB, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

I see that you're unable to print photos, find below the paper-handling specifications for the printer-

 

Use the document An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper to isolate the issue further.

 

What is the Operating System installed on the computer? This will help me provide you proper instructions on how to print photos.
