i've followed all the procedure to reset and clean the preinter but the error is still present

How can I solve it?

Which type of Hardware failure is it?
Do I have to replace the Printerhead?

This could be printhead failure. Replacing the Printhead could be one of your options. However, I suggest you get in touch with our Phone Support Team to help you with further service options.
