I have solved the missing connection between computer and priinter, but the problem is that the printer does not print black. I am using a new HP cartrige, have done all tests like cleaning and so o, have taken the printing head out and cleaned it, and it still does not print black. Have also aired the cartrigde with a pin. What else can I do?

Have checked every posible solution offered by HP pages. Seems the proble lies with the printer head. Have tried to find a store to buy a new printerhead but it has gone out of production. The sad thing s that I will have to buy a new priinter.. Talked to the HP support in Sweden and they confirmed that the printerhead is no longer available.
But thanks for your advice!
