When was the last time the printer was working fine?

Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

HI, MY DAUGHTER LOOKED AT THE PRINTER FOR ME AND FOUND SOME LITTLE SPRINGS WITH WHEELS ON THEM THAT HAD COME OUT OF WHEREVER AND PULLED THEM OUT WITH A PAIR OF TWEEZERS AND IT  WILL  NOW PRINT BUT IT IS VERY NOISY.     SEEING AS HOW IT IS FALLING APART I PROBABLE NEED TO RETURN IT AND GET ANOTHER AS I NEED ONE FOR MY BUSINESS

Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
Enter Product number or select to auto detects
Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.
