Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting the following message on my HP Officejet 6600 e All In One printer.

There is a problem with your printer or ink system.

I checked the ink levels and they are okay. I've turned off the printer and unplugged it for about an hour. 

Turned it back on and still getting the message.
