Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Printer has been temperamental for a while now with the printer feeder roller, I have replace this and all has been great for a couple of month now nothing....

 

I print 350gsm card on this printer and for a while it would paper jam or not load printer - I replaced the feeder heads as looked worn, all has been fine until about a month ago it started playing up again paper jamming etc again, today it started printing fine then just randomly started jamming - load paper message came up, then it just stopped printing any paper format all together, have cleaned the heads again still nothing .......

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
