Dear Experts,

 

I have one customer and he has Hp Laser Jet M607dn Printer which is Under Warranty

 

- HP M607dn / K0Q15A Printer

- Problem: Printing BLANK Pages / No Error Messages in Control Panel Display

- Toner installed status 80% remaining (37A) ( CF237 )

 

Trouble Shooting:

Action Taken;

1. Firmware Updated to Latest Version - Same Printing in Blank

2. Tested Working High Voltage Board taken from other printer - Same Printing in Blank

3. Tested with GOOD DC Controller taken from other Printer - same Printing in BLANK

4. Tested with GOOD LOW Voltage Power Supply - Same Printing in BLANK 

5. Tested with GOOD Formatter Board taken from other Printer - Same Printing in BLANK

 

Now.....

1. Customer Toner Tested on other machine like: M607, M608, M609 - Toner is Working and Printing Normally

2. Customer Printer Tested with other Toner from other PRINTER M607, M608, M609, - Printer is Normally Printing 

 

So i got puzzle what exactly the cause of issue why printer is printing in BLANK

 

Now, i ask the customer to bring new TONER and i open it from the BOX and check from HP Counterfeit Website to verify and it's ORIGINAL.

 

Now, again tested printing - SAME Printing in BLANK 

 

Now, i need your technical expertise to know the cause of issue why the printer Printing in Blank

 

Additional info;

- One thing i notice when other toner installed - the RED LED/ Sensor is lighting DIM located on the right Side behind Hight Voltage - and Printer is working fine PRINT-OUT is coming normally.

- Now, Once i installed Customer Toner and even the newly Open Toner, When i try printing something, while printing process the RED LED/Sensor Light is lighting in Bright and the Printer again Printing in BLANK Pages.

 

What could be the possible PROBLEM?

What Part should need to replace initially?

Good Afternoon,

 

Hope you are well,  due to the amount of parts replaced and the behavior of the printer, I would recommend to run  a high voltage test and depending of the outcome that would be the part recommended;  take out the toner and put tape on the cartridge as image shows :

install the toner and print an internal report of 1 page, such as the supply status page: 

- if the outcome is a completely black page , most of the time is a Laser Scanner part issue

- if the page is completely blank, make sure the transfer roller is not misaligned and clean it as needed.
