PRINTING ON 12X12 PAPER

I WANT TO PRINT ON 12 X 12 PAPER.  I MADE A CUSTOM PAGE SIZE IN THE PAGE SET UP.  I HAVE CREATED A DOCUMENT IN WORD BUT WHEN IT PRINTS IT WON'T LET ME PRINT WITH .5 IN MARGINS.  IT MAKES ME LEAVE ABOUT 1 INCH ON THE LEFT SIDE.  I KNOW THE PRINTER  PRINT THIS SIZE BECAUSE I HAVE DONE IT BEFORE USING A PC AND WORD PERFECT.  HOWEVER NOW IT WON'T EVEN DO IT WITH MY PC.  I AM NOW USING A MAC AND WORD.

I understand that you are looking to change the margin an print on a 12X12 paper, is that right?

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.

Recommend you try the procedure suggested in this HP Article. 

If the issue persists try to save the file as PDF using the Word and try to print using preview or adobe reader.
