I have never needed to pint documents on legal size paper before but I now do since working from home.

Anyone know where I place the legal size paper so the printer will grab and print what I need?

Thanks in advance for you help!!

Hi,

See below support document, check the Load legal-size paper section:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-6970-all-in-one-printer-series/8289585/model/1...

When you close the input tray, be sure to follow the prompt on the screen and click No or Modify, to change the Paper Size to Legal.
