I can't print!! I do not use printer often, last time was December and it worked fine. It will print Quality document, showing alignment, but when I try to copy and print something, it will not print. It won't print, if I scan it and then try to print.
any idea what could be causing this?

If I understand the problem correctly
1 - If you press a button on the printer it will print a status report
2 - If you try to print from the PC or an iPhone then it does not print
The printer has a different IP address than it had beck in December. The quickest fix is to print directly to the printer and avoid the router.
Wi-Fi Direct setup video using smartphone and Hp Smart. The printer uses only the 2.4 GHZ band but that is only a problem if you have a desktop PC that is hardwired to the router and has not Wi-Fi.
