Product: Printer problem
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I enter the control panel and the devices, it says that the printer is the default and there is a string. The model of my printer is (LaserJetProM102a).

Please help me i have problem with printer.CANT PRINT AND ,but lights are on on him...When i go on control panel and devices printer is on defeault and tick is on him.PLease one more time help...........

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue on the PC

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Perform steps 5 to 8 from this document.
