HI all,

we have quality issues related to  printhead.  Tap 21 and others could not solve them, I then tried to manually clean the printhead (not touching the printhead but using a proper cleaning solution with the printer upside down, turning it in the right correct direction) and it worked fine. It was approx 4 months ago.

From 1 month it started having problems on the black printing (missing columns especcialli on left and right sides of the page. Usually tap21 fix the problem, but every week it's diminuishing the time between tap21 and  problem rising again. Today I had again the problem few hours after the tap21 test.

Can any one explain me better how tap21 works?

Did anyone had the same issue and solved someway?

Does this means we're going to throw away the printer in some time?

Note: telephone hp support with technician told me they're not  changing printheads on these printers because it's not cost effective. On the other side I bought this printer from amazon.it in 2017 for 370€..now it costs at least the double!

Thank you in advance for the help
Best regards!
