I can not remove the ink cartridges. They are stuck to the right side of my printer. I use hp authentic cartridges. It tells me there is a paper jam but there is no paper stuck anywhere I can see. All my firmware, etc. is up to date. Please help

For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this:
- Did this happen after a power outage or surge?
For now, try these steps:
- It looks like a carriage jam with the printer. Perform all the relevant steps from this link. HP OfficeJet Pro 6900 Printers - 'Carriage Jam' Error)
- Now check if the issue gets resolved.
- If it continues, then check for paper jams by performing all the relevant steps from this link. ( HP OfficeJet Pro 6900 Printers - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays )
- Now check if the issue gets fixed.
If it persists, please contact HP phone support to replace the printer as it is faulty. I am being honest about it by keeping your best interest in mind without beating around the bush.

In the me meantime I have disassembled my printer.
It seems that it is a mechanical problem that blocks the reservoir under the printhead parking (we can see a spring not well in place over the gear who activate the motion of that reservoir) ! Probably difficult to repair...
