Paper jam while printing...I got about half of the paper cleared, however the missing piece(s) is not visible.  I've tried turning on and off several times, and continue to get "problem with printer or ink system...Ox61000016

Hi,

You do not mention of you have tried to gain better access into the paper area.

Below is a link on the support page for the OJ 6700 series printer that has a video outlining how to clear paper jams.  It may be useful.

From your description, it looks like that some part of the jammed paper is stuck inside, and that is causing the error message to be displayed. Kindly follow the troubleshooting steps in the link below:

I see that you are getting the problem with printer or ink system...Ox61000016 .

Please follow the steps mentioned in the document .

For checking any carriage obstructions or paper stuck in the printer please follow the steps mentioned in the video to clear the paper jam.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with a paper jam. Please take a look at this doc for your printer; it might resolve the issue. Paper jams can be false, and the printer typically needs a power cycle to resolve the issue.
