I have an Envy 120 that has successfully printed address labels (Maco) using Microsoft 365 Word template for Avery 8160. I'm close to the end of this pack so I bought the original Avery 8160 labels, which Maco claimed to be the same as. I'm getting a "Paper Size Mismatch" error. The label sheet is standard size 8 1/2 x 11. The labels do print on plain paper. The labels also print on the wrong side of the label sheet that the printer rejects when face up. They won't print on the labels themselves. I then bought a pack of Staples brand 8160 labels with the same error result so I'm wondering if I have to make a printer adjustment.
This is not a problem with misaligned labels. On plain paper they are spaced correctly. Somehow the printer is sensing that the label sheet is not 8 1/2 x 11. Any help?
