Dear ,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to inform you of two issues I am currently facing that are impacting my work.
Paper Submission Issue: My paper is not going through as expected. I have double-checked the submission requirements and format, but it seems there is still an issue preventing it from being successfully submitted.
Printing Problem: I am also experiencing a technical issue with my printer. It is only printing in yellow and blue, regardless of the file or settings I choose. I have tried troubleshooting by checking ink levels and adjusting printer settings, but the problem persists.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide to help me resolve these issues promptly. Please let me know if further details are needed.

More likely
The printer might be dirty - that is, in need of maintenance
and / or
One or more ink cartridges need to be changed
----------------------------------------------------------------
Less likely
The paper might need to be changed out
and / or
Tray and Paper settings on the printer might need to be adjusted.
This is in addition to the configuration settings for the current job.
Although important, if the printer cannot print in terms of the quality (clean and sparkly printer), changing the paper size / type (Tray and Paper) on printer in in EWS probably won't help.

Open your device HP Product Home
Select Category Troubleshooting
Select Topic Printing
Select Sub-Topic Print Quality
In general, troubleshooting documents and possibly videos are available for Print Quality issues.
These resources usually include how to clean the printer.
Some printers can be actually cleaned (open and clean rollers), others depend on using an "app for that" that cleans the ink cartridges.
