When I try to print I receive this error "Paper Too Long to Auto-Duplex ". I am trying to print forms from a retirement site. They only require 8-1/2" X 11" to print. The forms print fine on two pages but the error comes up every time I try to print. I originally had the printer set to print on both sides so I took this setting off and I still get the error.

Any chance you are having multiple pages feeding at the same time and causing the page to appear longer? Or has your paper settings on the printer been changed? Also make sure that the document is set in print properties to print on letter size and not something larger.

No, I send only one at a time and still receive the same ``Paper Too Long to Auto-Duplex``. I turned off my printer and turned it back on and did the internet wizard and wireless wizard again. Unfortunately, I am still receiving the same error. I`m not sure how to manually set the settings. I have gone through the settings and made sure it was letter-size and the other settings. Is there something else I can try?
