Paper getting stuck but there's no paper jam

When I try to print something the paper gets stuck when entering the printer. It starts to load the paper but it looks like its only pulling it through on the left side. I have been through the 'paper jam' support steps and there is no paper jammed anywhere in the printer. I have tried 'diagnostic and fix' and it says there is no issues with the printer. I have been round in circles trying to find a way to speak to someone for support but only seem to get the virtual chat which is no use or help. Please can someone help either tell me where I can get support with this or how to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.

Remove the paper, examine the interior of the printer where you load paper, use a flashlight to see better there is something that is blocking the paper part ( foreign object) . If the paper is pulled to the left the foreigin object is on the right side.

On the bottom of the printer, you have a jam access door open them to check the interior if you can't find anything from above.
