HP Recommended
Product: HP Deskjet F4480

Printer immediately pulls a sheet of paper in crookedly, so it quickly jams. Have completed all steps recommended in HP video, including printer reset, but nothing helped. Prior to this new problem, printer would only pull one sheet of paper, but pulled it in straight. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

If the printer is not picking the paper correctly, perform the steps mentioned in this document.

 

To resolve paper jam issues, perform the steps from this document.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
