I am getting a paper size mismatch when printing envelopes from Microsoft word. I am using a new computer with windows 10. Can still print envelopes from old computer so issues is a setting on new computer but all the paper selections look correct.
Full Feature Software might have been relocated to

Download-and-Save the printer software (Full Feature Software / HP Smart / Easy Start wrapper)
If using USB: Disconnect the USB cable between the printer and computer before installing the software.
Right-Click on the downloaded package and "Run as Administrator" to start the installation
Reminder: If using Easy Start, select the Full Driver

About 2/3 of the way through the setup, you will be given the opportunity to select the software - select the "Full Driver" set (as opposed to the basic driver).
You can Skip any suggestion that you add the HP Account – you’ll need the account at some point, but you can skip this suggestion (as many times as it insists it’s a good idea) during the full driver software installation.
If you see it, you can skip any suggestion regarding Instant Ink subscription.
If using USB: Connect the cable when instructed to do so (near the last part of the driver installation)
After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.
Full driver provides print and scan functions supported by your printer.
Double check that the printer knows about the paper and set / check the Preferences
Consider removing / replacing the envelopes in the printer tray and rechecking / modifying the paper size / type (printer display)
Make sure that Printing Preferences is set to Everyday printing or other "plain paper" type shortcut
Assuming a recent version of Office Word,
Run Windows Updates to install / update Office software and / or other updates
Restart the computer if any updates are installed (even if not specifically required to do so)
